Payroll Service

We currently offer payroll processing for one to five employees.  We manage your payroll through a third party payroll processor such as Intuit, Paychex or other processor of your choice.  

Preparation of 1099's

We can prepare your 1099's at year end after a complete review of your bookkeeping.   Accurate reporting of the 1099's are essential. 

Sales tax preparation

We have extensive experience with preparing sales tax returns.  Whether you have multiple state sales, or just sales within California, we can help.  We can streamline your processing of your sales tax filings by setting you up to file and pay electronically.

If your are getting notices from the Board of Equalization, we can help.  But if you have serious issues with your sales tax and have levies pending, we can refer you to a sales tax expert professional.
